Information we collect

When you submit a form: your name, phone number, email address, the boat or service you ask about, and anything you type in the message. A financing inquiry can also include a price, down payment, term and a self-reported credit range. We never ask for a Social Security number, date of birth or bank account details on this site.

With every submission we also record the date and time, your IP address, browser and device details, the page you were on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the consent wording you agreed to.

How we use it

To answer your request, follow up by phone, text or email when you have agreed to that, keep a record of your consent, understand which pages and campaigns bring inquiries, and protect the site from abuse.

Who we share it with

Our web hosting and email providers, who store and deliver it for us. If you ask for financing help and agree, the lender you choose, so it can contact you. Anyone we are legally required to share it with. We do not sell personal information.

We only text or call you about your request if you checked the consent box, which always starts unchecked. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us by phone.
