Flagship Pontoons is a family-owned pontoon builder in Wisconsin. Every Flagship rides on 25-inch tubes with an 8.5-foot wide deck, 3-inch cross members and 2.5-inch powder-coated rails, and most floorplans are offered as a bi-toon, sport toon or tri-toon, which changes capacity and the horsepower rating.
Flagship publishes these series ranges as MSRP on its home page: Discover $34,972 - $48,853, Endurance $29,904 - $35,973, Freedom $25,053 - $33,208 (flagshippontoons.com, checked 2026-10-17). They are the manufacturer's figures; Flagship does not state what they include, they vary by floorplan, package and options, and they are not a Boats of NV price, quote or offer.
Specifications below come from Flagship's current specification sheet for each series. The sheets state no model year and print weights and fuel capacity without units; we copy them as printed. Flagship's 2026 brochure lists some floorplans that the current pages no longer show (Rear Fish models and some 18-foot layouts); those are not listed here.
Discover
Discover is Flagship's top series, from 20 to 27 feet, with full-length M-brackets, a power Bimini, soft-touch furniture and a reclining helm chair as standard.
Endurance
Endurance covers 18 to 22 feet with Cruise, Four-Corner Fish, Quad and L-Seat layouts on the same 25-inch tubes and 8.5-foot deck as every Flagship.
Freedom
Freedom is Flagship's entry series, 16 to 22 feet, with Cruise and L-Seat layouts and two compact 16-foot models.

Flagship technology
Structure
Flagship builds on 3-inch tall cross members (taller than the common 2-inch), reinforces the bow, stern and transom with quarter-inch aluminum plates, and uses full-length internal and external M-brackets on the Discover series.
Availability: 3-inch cross members and quarter-inch impact zones on every model; full-length M-brackets on Discover (Endurance and Freedom: partial, per Flagship's 2026 series comparison).

Hull packages
Bi-toon: two 25-inch logs and a 20-inch transom (lifting strakes optional). Sport toon: two logs with strakes plus a three-quarter-length center log and Performance Shield. Tri-toon: three logs with strakes, a full-length center log, a built-in 25-inch transom and Performance Shield.
Availability: Per floorplan, as listed on each specification sheet; the 16-foot Freedom models are bi-toon only and the 27-foot Discover models tri-toon only.

Warranty
Flagship publishes a limited lifetime structural warranty (welds, tubes, crossmembers, rails and gates, motor pod) and a limited lifetime deck warranty for the original retail purchaser in non-commercial use, a 5-year bow-to-stern warranty and a 1-year electronics warranty. Exclusions apply and it is non-transferable.
Availability: Terms as published by Flagship; Boats of NV makes no warranty promise of its own. Rental boats: 1-year bow-to-stern.
