Good concierge service starts with a written understanding of the boat, the schedule and the work requested.

Provide boat and trailer dimensions, tower position, intended dates and the type of space needed. Ask about access, site requirements, insurance, pricing and current availability. Indoor storage does not automatically mean climate-controlled storage.
Ask for an itemized scope covering any preparation, towing, launching, retrieval, cleaning or return to storage. Confirm who performs each task, where it happens and whether it is included in the quote. Availability and lead time must be agreed before the outing.
Do not assume a time is guaranteed from a website description. Weather, access and the specific service arrangement affect the plan. Confirm scheduling, cancellation terms and any alternative arrangements directly.
